Scope of services. Landmark provides construction stormwater consulting, SWPPP support, inspections, documentation, permit administration, corrective-action management, BMP maintenance, monitoring support, stabilization, restoration, and field services. The owner or permit operator retains applicable regulatory responsibility. Engineering, legal, laboratory, surveying, and other licensed professional services are coordinated separately when required.
